FOR: SRR-RRS SYRIAN REFUGEE RESETTLEMENT - HOTEL ACCOMODATION SERVICES
This request is excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements currently in effect since a National Security Exception has been invoked. 

Requirement
Canada requires hotel accommodations for approximately 300 rooms daily in each city of Toronto and Montreal, for a capacity to accommodate approximately 600 refugees per night. The hotels must be within 10km of Lester B. Pearson International Airport in Toronto and Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport in Montreal (distances measured using Google Maps). Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) to be provided for each hotel guest.

Hotel accommodations and Services are required starting December 21, 2015.
The length of the required hotel accommodations and services are up to March 31, 2016. 

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
