Title: 2014 Accommodation Directory - Request for Standing Offer
    - Select Markets

    Description:

Request for non-commissionable rates for standard guest rooms
and/or suites with kitchen, and/or Bachelor/Studio with kitchen
for offerors located inside the geographic zones identified as
"Select Markets". There are 6 Select Markets: downtown and
airport areas of Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.

Employees of federal departments and agencies, provincial

territorial governments of Northwest Territories and of Yukon,
as well as Federal Government cost reimbursable contractors,
will be able to access the directory through the Internet Web
    site.

For an offer to be evaluated, the offeror must supply all
information requested in the RFSO document, and remit an
administration and listing fee ($300.00CDN per establishment).
In addition, the Offeror must submit rates that do not exceed
the limit of $200 CDN established by the Government of Canada
for publication in the Accommodation Directory for Government
    Employees.

The Government of Canada maintains a source list of
accommodation suppliers in Canada, the USA and other countries
around the world. Each year a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO)
to provide room rates for the Government of Canada Electronic
Accommodation Directory for Government Employees is mailed to
each supplier on the source list. Each year thereafter, the
source list is purged of suppliers who have not responded to the
RFSO for any of the last three (3) years.

Properties on the source list will be mailed the RFSO and the
requirement will also be published on the Government Electronic
Tendering Service. The period of the Standing offer will be from
January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. Properties which are not
on the source list but would like to be added and receive the
RFSO, should mail or fax their request to the attention of:
