The Department of National Defence, CFSU Ottawa Transport Section, has a request for a Standing Offer(s) for the short term rental of various categories of vehicles without operators, on an "as and when requested basis", for a two year period with the option to extend for one additional year.

The rental period will be daily, weekly or monthly.
More than one Standing Offer may be awarded.

The following lists the type of vehicles required and the approximated quantities for a 12 month period.

o Group A:

     Intermediate Sedan, Full Size Sedan, Van Seats 7

Approximately 40% of the vehicles will be rented on a daily basis, 50% on a weekly basis, and 10% on a monthly basis.
These vehicles will be used by multiple drivers in the Province of Ontario and Quebec.
Delivery Date: From SO issuance to March 31, 2021 with one year option period.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
