Helicopter Service - Yellowknife

The Polar Continental Shelf Program (PCSP) of Natural Resources Canada requires the services of a light single engine helicopter of type Bell 407, or equivalent, to support its field operations primarily in and around Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

The helicopter must be based, or must be able to operate, in Northwest Territories. 

The helicopter may be required to operate from other locations in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, Canada.

The helicopter will be required for supporting the PCSP’s operations activities including, but not limited to: support to science research activities, wildlife surveys and capture, mobilizing camps, search and rescue, filming, slinging equipment and fuel.

The period of the Contract is from date of award to March 31, 2019 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to (4) four additional (1) one year periods under the same conditions.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
