Trade Agreement: LCSA/CFTA Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Aircraft-Twin Otter 23239-190415/A Jiang, Kevin Telephone No. - (819) 420-2975 The Polar Continental Shelf Program (PCSP) of Natural Resources Canada requires the services of the following DeHavilland DHC-6 Twin Otter 300 Series Aircraft or equivalent, to support its field operations in the Canadian Arctic, Arctic Ocean, Greenland and Alaska, for the field season years 2019 and optional season years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. In order to be considered equivalent the proposed aircraft must meet or exceed the DeHavilland DHC-6 Twin Otter 300 Series Aircraft Specifications. The base locations for the service are Resolute, Nunavut; Iqaluit, Nunavut; and Inuvik, Northwest Territories. The period of the Contract is from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to (4) four additional (1) one year periods under the same conditions. The requirement is limited to Canadian services. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
