Title : Diesel Gensets - CCGS Earl Grey


CONTEXT

The CCG is seeking to replace the two (2) existing Volvo Penta D16C-A-MG ship service generator sets, currently found aboard the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Earl Grey, by the two (2) new Gensets. 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

To procure two (2) complete skid-mounted, marine rated diesel powered ships service generator packages (Gensets) along with with control systems and accessories required for their operation, in accordance with the Requirement at Annex A - Technical Statement of Requirement.

The contract will include the irrevocable option to purchase two (2) additional identical Gensets for the CCGS Risley under the same terms and conditions and at the firm fixed unit price and/or rates stated in the Contract. 

CCG requires Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM certified on-board voyage spares with the delivery of the new Gensets, complete with part/component lists, and requires the ability to provide OEM field service representatives (FSR) installation support, technical support, assistance and training through confirmed North American service to the Coast Guard’s Operations. 

DELIVERY PERIOD 

By bidding, the contractor agrees to deliver the requested parts and material between May 1st, 2024 and August 1st, 2024. 

If the option is exercised, the optional requirement must be delivered within 40 weeks following the Contract Amendment.
