The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to
purchase quantity one (1) eight (8) meter class (7-8 meters)
Fibre/Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat,
with Trailer, built in accordance with the Technical Statement
of Requirement (TSOR) - Annex "A" and Bidder Questions and
Canada Responses - Annex "D". 

This boat will be used extensively for transporting  personnel
and resources and will be operating
independently from shore-based facilities and trailers. 

The Missions of the craft include Explosive Ordinance Disposal
(EOD) response and Emergency Boat
duties, including:
a.	Provide a platform to conduct EOD duties;
b.	Recover able-bodied or incapacitated people from other
vessels and from the water;
c.	Tow equipment and other vessels, in emergencies; and
d.	Provide a platform for performing first-aid.


Delivery date:  	All deliverables must be delivered on or before
February 1, 2016.

This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade,
the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Chile Free
Trade Agreement, the Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement and the
Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Contract Procurement.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
