The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement
for two (2) 8.75 to 9.25 meters glass reinforced plastic (GRP)
rigid hull inflatable boats (RHIBs) with regular cabin and
trailers built in accordance with the Technical Statement of
Requirement (TSOR), Annex "A', attached to the Request for
Proposals (RFP).

The primary role of these boats will be Fisheries Conservation
and Protection (C&P) for the Maritime Region.  The secondary
roles will be search and rescue and other fisheries enforcement
duties such as boarding and surveillance duties within the
reasonable capabilities for this type and size of craft. These
boats will be shore-based and launched and recovered by trailer.

Quantity: Two (2) boats and two (2) trailers with option for an
additional two (2) of each.

Delivery date:  All deliverables must be delivered on or before
October 30, 2016.

Delivery locations: Rocky Harbour and Nain, Newfoundland and
Labrador -  CANADA

This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade,
the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Chile Free
Trade Agreement, the Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement and the
Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Contract Procurement.
