The Department of Fisheries & Oceans (DFO) has a requirement to purchase seven (7) 8.3 to 8.6m aluminum hydrographic survey workboats and trailers built in accordance with the Technical Statement of Requirement (TSOR) - Annex "A". 

The primary role of these workboats will be the support of the DFO hydrographic survey operations.  

Quantity: Seven (7) workboats and seven (7) trailers

Delivery dates: Five (5) workboats and trailers must be delivered by March 31, 2017 and the last two (2) workboats and trailers by September 30, 2017

Delivery locations: Burlington, ON - Dartmouth, NS - Mont-Joli, QC - St. John’s, NFLD CANADA

The requirement also includes the option to purchase up to three (3) additional workboats and trailers.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
