This amendment is raised to extend the solicitation closing date from 2020/10/29 to 2020/11/02.

This amendment is raised to extend the solicitation closing date from 2020/10/19 to 2020/10/29 and to extend the delivery date from March 31, 2021 to June 15, 2021.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EP168-202602/A dated 2020/07/23 with a closing date of 2020/09/08 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

NATURE OF REQUIREMENT

The Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for one welded aluminum workboat complete with outboard engine, safety equipment and trailer.
Boat will be driven mostly at low speeds around dams, where manoeuvrability in river current and power to pull loads are essential. Boat will be shore-based, launched and recovered on trailer with pickup truck at concrete boat ramps.
All deliverables for the boat must be delivered to the Timiskaming Dam Complex in Quebec on or before March 31, 2021.
There is no security associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
To be considered compliant, Bidders must meet all the Mandatory Requirements of the Request for Proposal.

The lowest priced compliant proposal will be recommended for contract award.
