Amendment 001 is raised to: 1) Answer Questions from potential Bidders. 2) Extend the Solicitation closing date. 3) Modify RFP Nature of Requirements: This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA: Stream #11- Aluminum Vessel - Greater than 6 Meters. Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement for the construction and delivery of eight 6.09-6.7m Aluminum Landing Craft with Wheelhouse and trailer for transport for delivery to the Ontario region 14 months after contract award. There is an option for three additional vessels. Only suppliers holding an existing Small Boat Supply Arrangement (SA Holders) are eligible to compete for this requirement. The solicitation documents will be e-mailed directly to the eligible SA Holders. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on Canada Buys (RFSA- SMALL BOATS - Tender Notice | CanadaBuys). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). There is no security associated with this requirement.
