    Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for Public
    Works and Government Services Canada, Moncton, New Brunswick, to
    provide White Printing Services on an "as and when required
    basis" for a period of one (1) year from September 1, 2013 to
    August 31, 2014, with an option to renew for two additional one
    (1) year periods to the following mandatory requirements:
    
    1.	Prints to be on white background paper can be derived from
    original paper copy or any type of electronic file (i.e. AutoCAD
    format, pdf, Jpeg or other). Prints are to be trimmed to match
    original size of given documents.
    
    2.	Photo Reduction plans on photo sensitive paper
    
    3.	Folding of prints, if required, to minimum 8-½" x 11" size
    
    4.	Printing company must be capable of providing twenty four
    hour turn around print service with Public Works & Government
    Services Canada (PWGSC) Moncton offices located at 1045 Main
    Street. 
    
    5.	Where multiple sets of prints, in the rolled format, are to
    be sent to the aforementioned tendering office, each set of
    prints shall be rolled separately (i.e. 30 sets = 30 rolls)
    
    6.	Maintain adequate inventory of print paper so that call-ups
    for print work will not be held up due to shortage in paper
    supply.
    
    7.	Quality of the paper sheets and/or rolls (all sizes) must be
    standard 20 pound paper (minimum).
    
    8.	Replace at own cost, to the satisfaction of PWGSC, any
    original drawings or documents which have been damaged in any
    way by the equipment or process used to make prints from such
    original drawings or documents.
    
    9.	Supplier must possess the equipment and in-house expertise to
    perform the work described in Annex "B". Work can not be
    sub-contracted out.
    
    
    This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
    procurement services to the public in both official languages.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
