    A contract for the provision of personnel with the necessary
    expertise to carry out administrative duties; and all labour,
    supervision and expertise necessary to provide maintenance
    services at the Canadian National Vimy Memorial and the
    Beaumont-Hamel Newfoundland Memorial in France.  The contract
    will be for a period of one year (to commence on or about July
    1, 2015) with options to renew for up to four additional one
    year periods.
    
    To be considered responsive, the Bidder MUST clearly demonstrate
    that: it can provide bilingual (French/English) administrative
    support services (testing may be administered); the personnel
    providing financial services has, as a minimum, a diploma in
    accounting, plus 2 years related work experience and is
    bilingual; the Office personnel proposed have a minimum of 2
    years related work experience; the Maintenance personnel
    proposed have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience;
    all proposed maintenance personnel hold a valid driver's license
    and that at least one of the proposed maintenance personnel has
    received training in First Aid within the past 3 years; that
    they are financially capable of performing the work and that
    they possess a financial management and reporting system to
    provide financial status reports and detailed breakdowns of
    expenditures; and provide a detailed description of the work
    performed by the firm for a minimum of 3 other clients,
    including level of responsibility (accountability) , any
    problems and corrective action taken, and contingency planning.
    
    
    This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
    procurement services to the public in both official languages.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
