Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: 01913-160005/A ********************* Crop Sprayer For for the supply and delivery of a Crop Sprayer to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada at the Harrington Farm, 1200 Brackley Point Road in Harrington, Prince Edward Island as per the Mandatory Technical Specifications and Requirements at Annex "A". Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has a 2007 Hardi 250 with 48 foot boom available for trade-in. Bidders must quote price(s) including and excluding item(s) stated herein for trade-in. Any resulting contract awarded will be made on the basis of including or excluding the trade-in depending on which offer is most favourable to the Customer as specified in Annex "B", Basis of Payment. All the deliverables MUST be received on or before June 30, 2015. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
