    A contract for the provision of Real Property and Asset
    Management Technical Advisory Services is required for Veteran's
    Affairs Canada's fourteen (14) memorial sites in France, Belgium
    and the United Kingdom. These services would include the
    planning, management and delivery of the overall maintenance and
    functioning of all assets in support of these sites including
    activities related to maintaining and operating the structures,
    monuments, horticultural works and capital projects. The
    contract will be for the period from contract award date to
    March 31, 2016 with options to renew for up to two additional
    one year periods.
    
    To be considered responsive, the Bidder MUST clearly demonstrate
    that: the proposed resource has at least fifteen (15) years of
    combined experience maintaining, operating National historic
    sites and monuments and related real property assets (i.e.
    Administration buildings, housing, historic buildings and
    structures, monuments, and infrastructure designed for public
    use); the proposed resource has been involved in at least
    fifteen (15) projects wherein the resource was responsible for
    the management, planning, design, construction and/or oversight
    of capital infrastructure projects related to National War
    Memorial historic sites and monuments; the proposed resource has
    experience working with Public Works and Government Services
    Canada, la Sécurité Civile, la Gendarmerie, Préfecture de la
    region Nord-Pas-de-Calais, local communes and mairies in France
    and Belgium; and the proposed resource must have planned and
    managed a restoration project for a historic site in Europe.
    
    
    This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
    both official languages of Canada.

    procurement.
