Request to provide logistics support services under a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the Directorate of Major Procurement of the Department of National Defence, Ottawa, Ontario for deployed forces within Continental Africa, on an as and when requested basis as described in the Statement of Work at Appendix "A".

The Offeror must be fluent in the English as well as working language(s) required to service the geographic area.

The period of the Standing Offer shall be for three years with the option to extend for up to two additional, one year periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
