RISO Nuts, Bolts and Fasteners

Requesting a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of "Nuts, Bolts and Fasteners" including inventory monitoring service and the supply of storage bins.  The requirement is for the Department of National Defence, 3 ASG Maintenance Company, 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown,  in Oromocto, New Brunswick, on an as and when requested basis for the period from March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2023 with the options to extend the Standing Offer for up to two (2) additional one year periods.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS:

1. The bidders MUST propose FOB Destination unit prices.

2. The bidders MUST be able to supply and offer a price on at least 80% of the items (80% of 339 items=271 items) of Annex B - Pricing Sheet to be declared responsive. Bidders must also complete line item 340 to indicate discount offered on items not listed in the Annex B - Pricing Sheet.

3. The successful bidder MUST provide appropriate storage bins of all items for all 14 locations located at the 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown,  in Oromocto, New Brunswick as identified in Annex A - Requirement. 

Optional Site Visit

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the Department of National Defence, 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown, located in Oromocto, New Brunswick on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. The site visit will begin at 9:30 am AST in Building K-4, Room 121.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 20, 2020 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides proucrement services to the public in both official languages.
