RISO - Coffee

REQUIREMENT:

Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Coffee, Dry Frozen Concentrated Products to Department of National Defence, 3 ASG Food Services at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an "as and when requested" basis for th
e period from 01 February, 2016 to 31 January, 2017 inclusive.

Total Estimated cost for this requirement is $90,000.00 Canadian Dollars,  applicable taxes included.

The supplier must be compliant with the Requirement at Annex "A", the List of Products at Annex "B" and the Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.

A Liquid Coffee Dispensing Machine must be provided to DND.

PRICING:  

Suppliers must provide a price for ALL items listed at Annex "B".

Estimated quantities are based on a one (1) year period.

BASIS OF EVALUATION:  

Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to the lowest aggregate compliant bid, total extended cost of all items, meeting all mandatory requirements.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
