    This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages of Canada.
    
    Procurement on behalf of CSC for items for resale by the prison 
    canteens to inmates is NOT subject to the Trade Agreements.
    
    Dairy Products, Frozen Foods and Processed Meats - Canteen Items
    
    REQUIREMENT:
    
    Requestinga Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Dairy Products, Frozen Foods & Processed Meats - Canteen Items to the In
    mates’ Canteen at Correctional Service Canada's (CSC) New Brunswick Institutions located in Renous and Dorchester and Springhill In
    stitution in Springhill Nova Scotia on an "as and when" requested basis 
    for the period from 01 July, 2017 to 30 June, 2018 inclusive.
    
    The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex "A", the «List of Products» at Annex "B" and Conditions ofthe Request for Standing Offer.
      
    Please make note that the estimated quantities indicated on Annex "B" are to be used for evaluation purposes only.  
    
    Deliveries will be made to the following Institutions:
    
    Atlantic Institution - Renous, New Brunswick
    Dorchester Penitentiary - Medium and Minimum Sectors - Dorchester, New Brunswick
    Springhill Institution - Springhill, Nova Scotia
    
    NOTE:  Suppliers bidding on the products at Annex B for the New Brunswick Institution must deliver to all institutions in New Brunswick in
     Renous & Dorchester. A supplier who is unable to deliver in Nova 
    Scotia is not to bid on any products at Annex B for Springhill Institution. 
    
    MANDATORY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:
    
    Call-Ups will be every (2) weeks.  Deliveries must be provided within one (1) week of ordering.
    
    Mandatory Delivery Schedules and Requirements for each individual institution are indicated in Annex “A”.
    
    EVALUATION PROCEDURE AND BASIS OF SELECTION:
    
    Standing Offer(s) will be awarded to lowest valid offer «per item» or «group of items» meeting ALL mandatory requirements, only if su
    bstantial savings can be accomplished.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
