Boxed Lunches 

This request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the supply and delivery of «Box Lunches» for Department of National Defence, Food Services, at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown located in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an as and when requested basis for the period from April 1st 2021 to March 31 2022 inclusive.

The Sandwich Processing Facility must be HACCP certified by the Federal Government, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Mandatory requirements are indicated at Annex B.

Technical Offer 

A sample of each box lunch menu OR a sample of each entrée & desserts only could be required to be sent to 5 CDSB Gagetown for technical evaluation as detailed in the Request for a Standing Offer document and Annex B. 

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex "A", the Mandatory Requirements and Specifications at Annex B, the Box Lunch Menus at Annex "C" and the Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
