Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) in St. Andrews, NB requires a Regional Individual Standing Offers to include but shall not be limited to the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to carry out spring cleaning of lawns and grounds, including snow plow gravel piles, vegetation removal, lawn trash pickup, road sweeping and removal, and summer maintenance which consists of mowing, weeding and cultivation of flower beds, mulch areas, planters and shrubs, pest and disease control, clean up of walkways and crusher dust.

The period of services required is for a 2 year period from date of award with options available to renew for up to 2 additional and separate periods of one year each.

The requirement is fully detailed in Annex “A” - Statement of Work

There is a mandatory bidders site visit associated with the requirement. It is mandatory that the bidder or a representative of the bidder visit the work site.  

Mandatory Site Visit:

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at St. Andrews Biological Station, 125 Marine Science Drive, St. Andrews, NB on July 12, 2018.  The site visit will begin at 10:00 am.

Inquiries must be addressed in writing no later than 5 days before the bid closing, to the Contracting Officer, Lisa Martin, at lisa.m.martin@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca. Questions received after that date may not be answered.

This Public Services and Procurement Canada office provides services to the public in both official languages.
