Food and Food Services Argonaut Amy Cadet Summer Training

To provide Food and  Food Services to Department of National
Defense, Argonaut Amy Cadet Summer Training Center (ACSTC), 3
Area Support Group (3 ASG) Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Gagetown,
Oromocto, New Brunswick.  The period of the contract is from 27
May 2019 to 31 March 2021 with 3 additional optional periods of
1 year each. (1 April, 2021 to 31 March 2022, 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 and to 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024)


The work to be performed is detailed in Annex 1.  

There is a no security requirement associated with this request. 

The contractor must state their approach and proposed concept of
operation as it relates to food production location(s); provide
a resident manager who has a minimum of 4 years successful
experience; provide a kitchen supervisor for each kitchen to be
operated who has a minimum of 3 years experience and holds cook
journeyman papers or have a minimum of 5 years experience as a
kitchen supervisor in an operation of similar size.  To be
considered responsive, a bid must also meet all other mandatory
requirements, and obtained the required minimum points for the
criteria which are subject to point rating, as specified in the
solicitation document.
