REQUIREMENT:

Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply & delivery of janitorial chemicals and dispensing equipment services to Department of National Defence at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick for the Personnel Support Services Accommodations buildings on an as and when requested basis which includes the provision of all Dispensing Units & Related Equipment all in accordance with Annex A, the Requirement and Annex B, the List of Products attached to the solicitation document for the period from 01 April, 2019 to 31 March, 2022.

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex "A", the List of Products at Annex "B" and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.

Pricing: Prices must be submitted with Annex "B" - the Basis of 
Payment.
 
Suppliers must provide a price for ALL items at Annex "B".

BASIS OF SELECTION/EVALUATION:

Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate bid, total extended cost of all items, including all three years, meeting ALL mandatory requirements.

Suppliers intending to submit tenders on this requirement should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
