    Title: Standing Offer for Taxonomic and Biodiversity Scientific Services
    
    
    The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) occasionally requires scientific services requiring a high level of taxonomic expertise in a broad range of marine animal taxa, usually in the context of specific research projects. These services are provided by taxonomists, aquatic biologists, technicians, etc. 
    
    
    SERVICES REQUIRED: The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) requires scientific services on an as and when" as specified in Annex "A".
    
    Suppliers must provide firm prices for ALL services listed in Annex "A" (Requirement) and Annex B (Basis of Payment). The Regional Individual Standing Offer will be in effect from date of award to March 31st, 2023.
    
      
    BASIS OF EVALUATION/SELECTION:
    
    The supplier MUST be compliant with Annex A, Annex B and the conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
    
    
    Firm intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).  Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed at buyandsell.gc.ca.
