REQUIREMENT: Out-Service Training for DND, Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering

Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering (CFSME) for the Out-Service Training (OST) program that is intended to train construction engineering technicians of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).  The requirements are detailed in Annex "A"-Statement of work.

BASIS OF EVALUATION/SELECTION: Basis of Selection is Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price.  Suppliers must be compliant with Technical Criteria as identified in Annex "C".

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents.
