Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / CFTA / FTA with UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: RMSO - French Language Training - In Person Classroom EC095-210005/A Young (MCT), Leesa Telephone No. - (506) 871-1716 Fax No. - (506) 851-6759 REQUIREMENT: RMSO - French Language Training - Atlantic Region Request to establish Regional Master Standing Offer(s) for the provision of in person classroom French Language Training Services in group or individually to various Federal Government Departments and Agencies located in Atlantic Canada, excluding locations in Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). The services may be requested either at the offeror’s site or the client’s site, on an "as and when requested" basis, during the period from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024 with the option to extend the Standing Offer(s) for up to two (2) additional one year periods thereafter. Canada intends to issue multiple Standing Offers based on technical compliance, province and location where the training will be provided and price for the services offered. Offerors may submit offers for one or several types of services and for one or more of the serviced regions. Basis of evaluation/Selection: Offers will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the Request for Standing Offers including the technical and financial evaluation criteria. Mandatory Technical and point rated Criteria are included in Annex "E"- Mandatory and Point Rated Technical Evaluation Criteria.
