The work covered under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to provide Snow and Ice Control (SNIC) at the Fredericton Armoury when requested and as specified herein.  Fredericton Armoury is located at 3 Carleton Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick.

The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years) for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,000. - $250,000.  
Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.
