OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit on February 25, 2021.  

Although not mandatory, all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the work. 

Contractors interested in participating in the site visit are required to register with the Contracting Authority in advance by e-mail at darlene.reay@pwgsc.gc.ca by no later than 4:00 pm on February 23, 2021. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. 

The contractors representative must not have travelled internationally in the past 14 days, must not have symptoms of COVID-19, and must respect physical distancing measures while on site. 

The Departmental Representative will show the site to one contractor representative at a time (one-on-one).  All bidder questions will be submitted to the Contracting Authority and answered by solicitation amendment/addendum following the site visit.

Safety Attire: In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.

The work covered under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing of all supervision, labour, material, tools and equipment required to provide inspections, maintenance and repairs on Pressure Vessels listed in Annex A Pressure Vessel Inventory, various buildings at 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, New Brunswick; as specified herein.

The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years) for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $1,000,001 to $5,000,000.
