This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the establishment of a Service Contract for the furnishing of all labour and equipment required to removal dry garbage from within the Base Area and transport to Fredericton Sanitary Landfill Site.

The Service Contract is for the period of April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, with options available to extend the contract for two additional one year periods.  All work is to be performed in accordance with Specification Number L-G2-9900/1835 forming part of the bid document.

New measures related to Integrity Provisions are included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
