IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic and limited staff available at the Moncton bid receiving unit, bidders are encouraged to transmit their bids electronically using the epost Connect service or facsimile instead of any of the other methods of bid delivery that are available for this bid solicitation.

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

.1 The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, material, tools 
 and equipment required to provide the following at Woodstock, Grand Falls and 
 Edmundston  Armouries:
 .1 Weekly Heating Plant operational inspection at Woodstock, Grand Falls and 
  Edmundston Armouries;
 .2 Heating season system start-up at all Armouries;
 .3 End of heating season system shut down at all Armouries; and
 .4 Repair service, when requested, at all Armouries.

.2 Grand Falls Armoury is located at 576 Madawaska Road, Grand Falls, New Brunswick.

.3 Woodstock Armoury is located at 107 Chapel Street, Woodstock, New Brunswick.

.4 Edmundston Armoury is located at 145 Martin Street, Edmundston, New Brunswick.

This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Important Note: New measures related to Integrity Provisions are included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
