    IMPORTANT NOTICE:

    This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
    
    Work under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to complete repairs, maintenance and the minor and major inspections of the mechanical systems at the Naval Reserve HMCS Brunswicker as outlined in Annexes A and B and as specified herein.
    
    The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years) for this opportunity is within the following cost category: less than $100,000.  Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.  Inquiries are to be made in accordance with SI03 - Enquiries During The Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To Bidders in the solicitation document.
