MAINTENANCE SERVICES - INSPECTION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ELEVATORS, VERTICAL WHEELCHAIR AND ATTENDANT PLATFORM LIFTS AND DUMBWAITERS VARIOUS LOCATIONS NEW BRUNSWICK AND PRINCE: EDWARD ISLAND

The work under this Service Contract includes the provision of all labour, material, tools, and equipment required to provide maintenance and repair service on elevators vertical wheelchair and attendant platform lifts and dumbwaiters monthly as directed by the Engineer, for 5 CDSB Gagetown and various Armouries in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
.1 monthly inspections of passenger and freight elevators and vertical wheelchair and attendant platform lift;
.2 quarterly inspections of dumbwaiters;
.3 repairs as directed by the Engineer; and
.4 provision of monitoring and emergency response service to emergency phone in all Armouries as required. List of Equipment and location in sub section 1.17.2.

This Service Contract will extend from 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2023 with two, one-year options to renew.
