Mechanical System Maintenance, Moncton Armoury and Sussex Armoury (New Brunswick)

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Service Contract for inspection and repair services to Building Mechanical Systems at the Moncton Armoury (Moncton, New Brunswick) and the Sussex Armoury (Sussex, New Brunswick).  

All Work will be performed and completed in accordance with the Requirement detailed in Annex "A", during the initial period of the Service Contract from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.

A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called up.

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
