Echo-sounder Systems

The Marine Fish Section in the Science Branch within the Department of Fisheries and Oceans in the Gulf Region, wishes to purchase the following items for use to conduct random stratified acoustic surveys of herring on spring and fall spawning grounds. 

The purpose of this document is to provide the general and specific requirements for this purchase. 

The Statement of Requirement is for three (3) separate items. Each item will be described separately as follows:

1. SIMRAD ES80 Wide Band Transceiver Wide Band Transceiver (WBT),or equivalent;
2. Fanless Data processor; and
3. SIMRAD ES120-7C 120 kHz split beam transducers, or equivalent.

Delivery on or before March 31, 2022.
