Nature of Requirements: 

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), requires the supply and delivery of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown, buildings D25,B7, and H8, located in Oromocto, New Brunswick. Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers must be delivered to locations within 5 CDSB Gagetown.

Delivery Dates: All items must be delivered on or before 31 March 2023.

GSIN: N4420C: Heat Exchangers

There is no security associated with the requirement.

The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price on the group of items will be recommended for issuance of a contract.  The supplier MUST be compliant with Annex Statement of Requirement and Annex Basis of Payment.  A completed basis of payment must be submitted electronically for evaluation.

The Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) is available at Buyandsell.gc.ca.  Suppliers that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.  Amendments, when issued, will be available on GETS.
