    The Department of National Defence (DND has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). The work under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required for the maintenance and repairs of the plant process control and monitoring system at Buildings A-13, Water Treatment Plant; and N-5, Base Sewage Treatment Plant. 
    
    This Standing Offer Agreement will extend from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2024.
