The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment required to provide the following, on the equipment noted in Annex D, at Moncton and Sussex Armouries as specified:

- Weekly Heating Plant operational inspection at Moncton and Sussex  Armouries 

- Heating season system start-up at Moncton and Sussex Armouries;

-End of heating season system shut down at Moncton and Sussex Armouries;

- Repair service, when requested, at Moncton and Sussex Armouries;

This Service Contract will extend from 01 April 2022 to March 2023 with two, one year option periods.

In alignment with this important measure, all supplier personnel (including subcontractor personnel) who access federal government workplaces will also be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This requirement has entered into effect on November 15, 2021.
