The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the installation and servicing of liquefied propane and natural gas equipment located at 5 CDSB Gagetown Base and Training Area, Oromocto, New Brunswick.  

All Work will be performed and completed in accordance with the Requirement detailed in Annex "A", during the period of Date of Award to March 31, 2022, on an ?as and when requested? basis.

The Contractor will be an established and registered propane and natural gas installation company with a minimum five (5) years? experience in installation and servicing of both propane and natural gas systems.

A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called up.

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
