Requirement:
To carry out the dry docking refit of the Canadian Coast Guard
Vessel CCGS Griffon. In accordance with the associated technical
information as detailed in Annex A - Statement of Work
(Specification No. 786\9-14).

Vessel Transfer Costs will apply to all bids for evaluation
purposes.

Optional Site Visit - Vessel:
An optional site visit to be held on June 16, 2015 at 09:00 at
the Canadian Coast Guard Base, 401 King Street, Prescott
Ontario. All visitors have to report to the Main Gate -
Commissionaires, where they will sign in and be directed to the
main boardroom on the second floor


Bidders' Conference:
A bidders' Conference chaired by the Contracting Authority will
be held directly following the optional site visit aboard the
Vessel on June 16, 2015 at the same location. 

Destination:
The work shall be carried out at Contractors facility.

Work Period:
Commence:	July 15, 2015 
Complete:		September 9, 2015

Sourcing Strategy:
The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be
limited to suppliers in  Eastern Canada Region, in accordance
with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization  Policy
(1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex
1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
