    Requirement:
    To carry out the dry-docking refit of the Canadian Coast Guard Vessels CCGS Private Robinson in accordance with the associated technical information as detailed in Annex A - Statements of Work No.’s 804.15 and 805.15.
    Vessel Transfer Costs for each vessel will apply to all bids for evaluation purposes.
    
    Optional Site Visit:
    An optional site visit will be held at 10:00am on March 21, 2017 at the Canadian Center for Inland Waters, 867 Lakeshore Road Burlington, Ontario. 
    
    Bidders’ Conference:
    A bidders’ conference chaired by the Contracting Authority will be held at 1:00pm on March 21, 2017 at the same location.
    
    Destination:
    The work shall be carried out at the Contractor’s facility.
    
    Work Period:
    Commence: April 6, 2017 or earlier. 
    Complete: 14 days after arrival at contractor’s facilities.

    Sourcing Strategy:
    The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).
    One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
