Requirement:
The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for the procurement of a hull enclosure for the Hero Class vessels in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work.  

Optional Site Visit:
N/A.

Bidders’ Conference:
A bidders’ conference will not be held.

Work Period:
Commence: At Contract Award.

Optional Purchases:
Canada may exercise the irrevocable option to acquire the goods, services or both described at Annex B - Basis of Payment of the Contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates stated in the Contract. 
The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 12 months after contract award by sending a written notice to the Contractor.

Sourcing Strategy:
The sourcing strategy related to this procurement is open to all interested suppliers. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
