This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F2599-180006/C dated 2018-04-11 with a closing date of 2018-06-07 at 14:00 EDT. 
Notes: 
1) Only those who attended the previous mandatory site visit and bidders’ conference that occurred on dated May 2, 2018 may submit a bid on the this re-solicitation.
2) Previous bid solicitation F2599-180006/C Technical Package remains valid and unchanged.

Requirement:
To carry out the floating refit of the Canadian Coast Guard Vessel CCGS Griffon in accordance with the associated technical information as detailed in Annex A - Statement of Work: #864.17.
Vessel Transfer Costs for each vessel will apply to all bids for evaluation purposes.

Destination:
The work shall be carried out at the Contractor’s facility.

Work Period:
Commence: July 16, 2018. 
Complete: October 31, 2018.

Sourcing Strategy:
The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).
One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
