All other terms remain unchanged ******************************************************************* Requirement: To carry out the hull plate renewal of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) Vessel Goose III in accordance with the associated technical information as detailed in Annex A - Statements of Requirement. Mandatory Site Visit: A mandatory site visit will be held at 9:00am on August 2, 2017 at the Canadian Center for Inland Waters, 867 Lakeshore Road Burlington, Ontario. Destination: The work shall be carried out at: 1) the Contractor’s facility; or 2) at the Canadian Center for Inland Waters, 867 Lakeshore Road Burlington, Ontario. Work Period: Commence: November 1, 2017 Complete: 24 February 2018. Sourcing Strategy: The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, Paragraph 1(a). The requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers from Eastern Canada, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (2010-08-16). One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
