Requirement:
To carry out the dry-docking refit of the Canadian Coast Guard Vessels CCGS Kelso in accordance with the associated technical information as detailed in Annex A - Statement of Work No. 907.19 - Starboard Stern Tube Replacement & Multi-Beam Installation.

Mandatory Site Visit - Ship:
A mandatory site visit will be held on January 29, 2020 at 12:00 PM at the Harbour West Yard, 210 Hillyard St. Hamilton, ON, L8L 6B6.

Optional Bidders’ Conference:
A bidders’ conference chaired by the Contracting Authority will be held on January 29, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Harbour West Yard, 210 Hillyard St. Hamilton, ON, L8L 6B6 at the same location.

The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada Region, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19) subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4).
One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
