Online Site Visit - Ship: N/A Optional Bidders’ Conference: N/A Work Period: The Planned word period is July 6-10, 2022 Sourcing Strategy: Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Compliant Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: N/A The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be limited to suppliers who can perform the work in Prescott, Ontario, in accordance with the Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19) subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. (CFTA). This procurement is exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4). One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Procurement Business Number: Suppliers are required to have a Procurement Business Number (PBN) before contract award.
