TITLE: TSPS SA - Life Cycle Management Specialist Support to
Hull Outfitting and Domestic Equipment.

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement
Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 (= $0-$2M)
Stream 5 for Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services
(TEMS) for category 5.16 Life Cycle Management Specialist -
Junior in the Region: Halifax Metropolitan Area.

Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for one (1)
Junior Life Cycle Management Specialist (East Coast) for Hull
Outfitting and Domestic Equipment / Systems fitted in Halifax,
Iroquois, Protecteur, Kingston and Victoria Class Vessels. The
work consists of providing the services to support the following
systems and equipment:

a. Anchor windlass systems;
b. Hangar door systems;
c. Watertight doors and hatches;
d. Non-watertight doors;
e. External and internal ladders;
f. Non watertight bulkheads;
g. Refrigeration equipment;
h. Galley equipment;
i. Laundry equipment;
j. Waste disposal equipment;
k. Workshop equipment;
l. Habitability furnishings;
m. Combat furnishings; and
n. Washroom furnishings.

Level of Security Requirement:

Company Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the Contract is from date of contract to
one (1) year after date of contract inclusive, plus two (2)
one-year options allowing Canada to extend the term of the
contract.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240
days.

Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
information as needed, as detailed in article 2.1 of Part 2 of
the bid solicitation.

For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

This procurement is limited to Canadian services.

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.
