TSPS - Life Cycle Management Specialist Support to Ship Borne
Environmental Equipment.

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement
Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 (= $0-$2M)
Stream 5 for Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services
(TEMS) for category 5.16 Life Cycle Management Specialist -
Intermediate in the Region: National Capital Region (NCR).

Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for one (1)
Intermediate Life Cycle Management Specialist in support of
environmental equipment systems and equipment for pollution
abatement systems - black and grey water systems & oil pollution
and solid waste systems. The work consists of providing
technical support activities for acquisition, procurement, in
service support, and disposal Life Cycle Management activities
for the following environmental equipment and systems:

a. pollution abatement systems;
b. grey water systems;
c. black water systems;
d. oil pollution systems; and
e. solid waste systems.

Level of Security Requirement:

Company Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the Contract is from date of contract to
two (2) years after date of contract inclusive, plus two (2)
one-year options allowing Canada to extend the term of the
contract.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240
days.

Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
information as needed, as detailed in article 2.1 of Part 2 of
the bid solicitation.

For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

This procurement is limited to Canadian services.

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.
