    Amendment No. 004 - issued to amend the present bid closing date of November 7, 2016 at 02:00PM, to now extend the bid closing date of this solicitation to November 15, 2016 at 02:00PM.
    
    Amendment No. 003 - issued to answer a question and answer, and to issue the minutes from the site visit and bidder's conference and drawings for both class of ships.
    
    Amendment No. 002 - issued to answer a question and to add drawings for both class of ships.
    
    Amendment No. 001 - issued to answer questions and answers and to add a specification sheet.
    
    
    The Coast Guard has a requirement to replace the two existing Norris Warming Accommodation heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems currently fitted on the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Ann Harvey and CCGS George R. Pearkes. The Contractor must supply two complete systems each consisting of two (2) plants (port and starboard). Each plant is comprised of a two (2) tiered installation. The lower tier supports refrigeration machinery and associatedequipment. The upper tier supports the air handling machinery and associated equipment. The port and starboard HVAC controls are mounted completely independent of each other. For the purpose of clarity all references to a single HVAC system are understood to be a vessel system comprised of both port and starboard plants including controls and ancillary equipment.
    
    The Contractor must supply two complete systems each consisting of two (2) plants (port and starboard).  The contractor must quote the unit cost for two more optional HVAC systems.
    
    All deliverables stated in 5.1 to 5.3 of Annex A must be delivered by January 31,2017.
    
    This solicitation is to supply 2 HVAC systems as per Annex A.  A refit at a later date will perform the installation with the help of a Field Service Representative from the HVAC supplier with a date of installation to be confirmed.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
