Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: ALUMINUM GANGWAY AND STEEL PLATFORM The Canadian Coast Guard, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, has a requirement for the supply of all new material, tools, equipment and labour required for the fabrication, supply, and delivery of one (1) aluminum gangway and one (1) steel platform to the Canadian Coast Guard Stores, 280 Southside Road, St. John’s, NL, in accordance with the drawings and specifications at Annex A Requirement of the solicitation. Delivery is requested on or before May 17, 2019. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
