Request for Standing Offer-s (RSFO) for various toilet and hand paper.

Description:

ThisRegional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of various toilet and hand paper. 

Identified user:

Correctional Service Canada, various Institutions, refer to Annex C for delivery addresses.

Period of standing proposal:

From April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2019 (2 years firm) and with a possibility of an optional 1 year period, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. 

The supplier-s will be selected following an evaluation based on technical and financial criteria specified in the Requirement included in this RFSO.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement(NAFTA), Canada Free Trade Agreements with Peru/Colombia/Panama and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

All inquiries and other communication regarding this RFSO must be sent, in writing, only to the contracting authority named in this RFSO.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
